Louis Tomlinson is back with “Better Than Me”

Two years after his 2020 solo debut Walls, Louis Tomlinson is back! Yesterday, Tomlinson announced his new single “Bigger Than Me” with a teaser, saying “This one is for all of you!”.

“Bigger Than Me” is a guitar driven rock-pop anthem that embraces change and personal growth. From stripped back verses to a punchy chorus, Tomlinson shows off his range in a way we haven’t heard before.

“When somebody told me I would change, I was afraid, I don't know why.”

As the lead single for Tomlinson’s sophomore album, the anthemic “Bigger Than Me” sets the tone for his upcoming release. In a statement, Tomlinson says that the track “was my first moment of excitement making this record, and where it felt we were on to something which honors the live show…I realized from doing those live shows what it means to my fans and how everything I do is bigger than me. It’s almost a coming of age for myself and putting opinions about myself to the back of my mind and thinking about what it potentially means for other people.”

Fans better get ready because in addition to the new single, Tomlinson also announced his upcoming album Faith in the Future. Tomlinson shared the cover art and 14 song tracklist that’s set to come out November 11th. Looks like we’re going to be seeing a new side of Louis Tomlinson very soon.
